It is quite obvious that the patent is labeled "Electrical Dynamo" and not Cold Fusion Generator because it is not common Knowledge and not accepted as hard Science therefor a patent was provided . It is quite obvious that you can't claim over unity as this is not accepted science therefore  the   patent would have been rejected .Just look at what Newman is going thru .Now if he labled it something else he just might get a patent,over unity would be just a plus,something it does without actually claiming the fact.Example: A stick of chewed bubble gum can be used to stick up something on the wall or Life is like a box of chocolates:) The cold fusion rotor device is based on this patent but is not necessarily the same device." This device is much, much more simple that conventional electricity and produces much more that conventional electricity. The rotor and housing stays very cold except at the induction of electricity on the wire.This generator stands 15 inches high and 15 inches wide. It weighs about 75 lbs. or a little more. With this device you can produce any amount of A/C current you want depending entirely on how fast you turn the rotor which would not be near the speed that is needed for commercial generators as it will pick up speed on its own up to a point. This is the smallest size for this generator. The Generator will produce in excess of 35,000 watts at Direct AC©At Voltages from 120 volts to 250 volts and output can be much higher if needed. You have to have motion for the fusion to occur. The turning mechanism can be many different methods. The battery and a small electric motor with part of the overabundance output can be recharged with one small coil next to the rotor and have a self contained unit. You can do the same with steam. A small turbine sits on the top plate with a shaft which connects to the the rotor. A tank of water sits next to the generator or a hot water heater that runs on electricity. A steam tube runs to the turbine, turbine turns rotor, rotor produces overabundance of energy which part runs back to water heater that makes steam that turns turbine, that turns rotor that supplies house with electrical A/C current. There are ways to have this device do unknown things but for now the closer to what people understand  is  a much better explanation.

This is a Quote from some letters i had sent to me by Barbara in 1998 :

There are two methods for the input energy. Battery or

steam. Because the device has the characteristic of picking up speed on

its own, the input energy is really not that important but the device cannot

be disconnected. In conventional electricity, there is a return to the

source but the return to the source with this device is return to the input

energy, not the rotor. There was an employee of the Dept. of Energy came

to see the little device I have and ran the current back into the rotor

which split the rotor and destroyed the magnets.

I will explain how this ice cream maker works as some have called it There

is no heat generated within the device, in fact, the rotor gets very cool

upon rotation. The magnets are embedded in a spiral. Four coils stand stationary

and vertical next to the rotor. The four coils are separate coils with

separate A/C currents. As the rotor turns all four coils are inducted at

the same time fusing all four separate currents into one very powerful

A/C current. You cannot have over unity without fusion and you cannot have

fusion without overunity. They go hand in hand. I assume there is heat

on the wire but I will not touch it to find out after seeing the electrical

output. The cycle is determined by the distance between the magnets. A

four coil generator produces A/C current at 60 cycles. The characteristic

of the rotor turning itself is following a physical law and will overcome

loads up to a point. A small unit can handle a heavy load. If a load not

heavy enough for it, it will continue to pick up speed producing more and

more electricity so controls are necessary unless it used as a stationary

unit where the extra electricity can go to ground. It is a stationery unit.

It works just the same way as conventional electricity coming into your

house. There is a flow of electricity from the electric co. coming into

your box at all times so the energy can be used when needed, it is there.

Fuses and all of the safeguards that conventional electricity uses can

stay the same with this generator. The only thing you change would be the

removal of the meter and the wires tied together to have a complete circuit

through the house. The grounding systems stay the same, so in reality,

all that is needed is the removal of the meter, the input system to the

generator and a safe place to put everything to protect the system and

follow the rules of your state just so you wont have any hassles that way,

because when the meter has to go they will know when they check the meter

for payment to the electric co. So just hook the unit up to your box, unhook

the wires from the poles, disconnect the meter tying those wires together

and instal li the unit in a safe place would be all that would be required.
